How to link Dialpad app to IFS CRM.
The Dialpad app is a mobile phone app, which can be used to record phone conversations (data only) you have with a prospective customers/client. We are hoping to utilize the app so that the recorded data can be transfer to IFS CRM. The challenge is how do we will link the Dialpad app to IFS CRM.
Any insight on this we be super appreciated.
