We would like disable column chooser for users, but I could not find right permission. We will hide some price columns from user. If you know better way, you can suggest to hide price datas from user.

GUI Settings - Page layout configurations (EE_PAGELAYOUT_CONFIG) is the permission which controls the column chooser. Keep in mind that this permission should be excluded from all permission sets which user is granted in order to have the effect.
As I remember, this is enabled by default in FND_ENDUSER permission set. Therefore be cautious if user is granted FND_ENDUSER since it will re-enable after UPD installation or perhaps a patch installation which affect FNDBAS component.

It’s controlled by GUI Settings - Table Column Reorganisation (GUI_COLREORG). Note that other Options (Optimize column width, Auto Size) will also disabled along with this.
