We are investigating the move of our CRM into IFS to seemlessly align with the rest of the business but one key external tool we use is Spotler so need to build an API for that. As it is a big unknown and Spotler themselves don’t have an integration our marketing team are understandably nervy about the capability to do so. We have some techical folks reviewing the API but wondered if anyone in the community has already done this to show that it is possible?
