Hi everyone,

I’m unable to delete a customer in IFS cloud for which I didn’t made any transaction besides just creating it… 

Here’s the error message. Impossible to find this row they’re talking about...

Hi @IlyaSaf , 

Seems like, you have already entered a address for this particular customer. Then system is not allowed  to delete this customer record. 

To delete this record, first you need to delete the record in “Location Address” page. 

  • Go to “Location Address” page. and query for your address with Party Type=Customer. 
  • Select the address and go to > Location details and delete the record. 
  • Then you’ll be able to Delete the customer record in Customer Page. 

Please try this and let us know anything unclear.

I’ve got to admit that it’s a bit complicated  just to delete a customer… But it did the job !

 Another question: What does those “location ID’s” match to ? Because it’s really difficult to find the proper location in the “location” tab. Is there a way for me to find easily the location ID in the customer info’s ?
