We are using IFS 8 . Can we set the customer order header status as "Partially Picked" if few lines are in reserved or in the released status and few customer order lines are in the Picked status,

Customer order status should show as "Partially Picked".

No, that isn’t an available status. You have to evaluate the orders by the line status to determine what you are trying to resolve.
