Hello Heroes, 

I am looking for the best way to enter & track our Customers’ Industry Classes in IFS. Ideally this would be a native field in the Customer record, but I have been unable to find something appropriate. We are considering a custom field, but would prefer to avoid it. Our customers’ come from many industries (Chemical, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, etc.).

Hi Nrwood,

Could you consider the use of Market field in Order → General tab in customer window?

 

 

You can define the relevant industries in Sales Basic Data as below.

Thank you @Sameera Perera . Unfortunately we have already used that field for another purpose. Any other possible suggestions?
