Hello Heroes,
I am looking for the best way to enter & track our Customers’ Industry Classes in IFS. Ideally this would be a native field in the Customer record, but I have been unable to find something appropriate. We are considering a custom field, but would prefer to avoid it. Our customers’ come from many industries (Chemical, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Metals & Mining, etc.).
