CRM Panel is not available on emails attachments downloaded from IFS.

The CRM Panel Add-On is currently unavailable for emails downloaded from or attached to IFS.

Can we include the CRM Panel Add-On such emails?

    Hi @Priyanka.Massey ,

     

    This is a limitation from Microsoft side and mentioned in their documentation as well. So basically add-in won’t work on a local msg file which is saved in your machine.
