I am working with a Customer’s CBP environment on Cloud 23R2. I was able to download the CRM Panel manifest file and upload it on to Outlook.

I can see the IFS CRM Panel Add in, however on clicking it - I see the below error:

 

What am I missing from a setup perspective? Appreciate your inputs.

HI @NikhilMalik , I hope rmpanl component is active in this environment and also ifsapp.rmpanel container is up and running?

I checked that the component, it was installed in the environment. I can check if it is active and the container is up and running if you could guide me please..
