Copy User privileges in Cloud

@mjovic @FleNikolS starting with 23R2 it’s possible to assign permission sets to User Groups → all users in a specific usergroup will inherit the permissions of the group. 

So you could easily ahndly this by creating user groups for each business function/role and then any new user just needs to be added to the right group and he/she will automatically get all the groups permissions. Of course this will not grant access to company data.
