Need help to cancel a Sales Quotation, it is in Status Revised. When canceling we only get an error message that “The Configuration Spec does not exist”. Someone must have deleted Configuration ID. How to solve the problem?

The issue seems to be related to one of your modifications. I would suggest you to raise a support case (if customization support is available) to get a proper solution after an intensive investigation.
