Can't upload pictures from iPhone (CRM Companion 10 app v 1.8) but download works - sales reps can't upload pictures taken on their iphone  (iOS 16.1.1 on iPhone 13 Pro Max to IFS APPS10 UPD 15. 

In the screenshot below, you see the 3 files related to the customer record.  Notice the first one was downloaded successfully from IFS to the mobile app.  The other 2 files failed to be uploaded properly to IFS Apps 10 and subsequently failed to be downloaded when the user tried to view the documents.In the screenshot below, you see the 3 files related to the customer record.  Notice the first one was downloaded successfully from IFS to the mobile app.  The other 2 files failed to be uploaded properly to IFS Apps 10 and subsequently failed to be downloaded when the user tried to view the documents.

In IFS APPS 10, 3 documents are shown under the customer record, but the 2 files uploaded from Mobile cannot be viewed.  Only the 1 file that was directly added through IEE is viewable.

We have similar issue reported via swarming request INC0519618. Probably your issue is same? anyway good to check your trace logs.
