Business Lead in IFS Aurena

Hi friends,

I want to use business lead form in my mobile.

I can create a lead but in address section when I want to edit or create an address I can NOT see address1,address2 and … fields.

This issue is NOT observed in IFS Aurena in my computer, this issue is only in my mobile.

Does anyone faced this issue?

Hi ​@Shirin,

The behavior you are seeing is a known limitation of IFS CRM Mobile. In the mobile app, the Address1, Address2, and other detailed address fields are not displayed when creating or editing a business lead. This limitation does not affect Aurena on a desktop, where all address fields are fully available.

Currently, this is by design in the mobile interface, which provides a simplified view for lead creation.

Can you try by reducing the screen resolution size of your mobile (eg:430x932). The issue seems to be occuring because of large screen resolution.

Hi ​@Shirin ,

I created a business lead with an address through my mobile phone.
Please see if you can create an address with address1, address2 fields after changing the phone orientation from portrait to landscape.
