Is there any approach to import MS Outlook Meeting information such as a .ICS file to CRM Business Activity?

Have you tried importing MS Outlook mail to IFS Business Mail via outlook add-in? It will connect all CRM related information  to business mail.

I want to know how to sync-up change in Outlook Canlendar to IFS CRM. Whether IFSCRMPanel Add-in for Outlook can help for this?

The time has been chagned to 14:00 - 15:00.

After installing IFS CRM Panlel, I can work with CRM functionalities together with MS Outlook.
