BO Journal in IFS Cloud

Currently it is not possible to add different fields in to journal and it is handled from code. So you might need to do a CRIM in order to handle it and cannot be done by from user end.

Anyway BO Notes might be difficult to handle since it is a CLOB (big value) field. and journal can handle up to 100 characters (prev and new values).
