We are running Apps10 UPD10

We have a general inbox where all emails that come into that email address will be logged in Business Mail.  Is there a way to automate this so we don’t need a user to go through all of the manual steps?

Following this thread as i too am interested in automating emails to business mail.

Did you already find a solution to this?

@VanKelviR  - Unfortunately no.  I also haven’t found anything to indicate an API exists for Business Mail.  If I could find that, I’d look at building my own integration between Exchange and IFS
