In Apps 10 B2B for Customer, when adding products to the Shopping Cart, there is no way to filter Favorite Products.
Below is a IFS slide showing a button that navigates to Favorite Products, a column to see which is favorite and a mark/unmark favorite features.

You can select the field selection option (highlighted)
And then the ‘List View Settings’ section, select ‘Favorites’ as an additional field.
That will add favorites for you, but instead of the style shown in the image, it would be a ‘heart icon’ like below.
You will also see the heart icon in your card view, to identify the favorites.
[I think IFS has since updated their framework to improve the web GUI, so it is no longer a separate field.]
