In Customer order window is shown as a specific time such as 12.00 AM. Is it possble to show real time? If possible, how?

It seems that the default time cannot be changed to show the real time as you are expected.
Wanted Delivery Date/Time is the date on which the customer wants the order to be delivered at the customer's delivery address and therefore, user must set the wanted delivery time.
However, you can set a default delivery time for particular Customer through Customer/Address/Order Address Info.
