Is there a secret to using User Defined Target Fields in Data Migration Manager? I’ve created the fields but they’re not showing up anywhere. Is this another bug?

There is a secret missing in the documentation. After adding a User Defined Target Field, you need to go back to the Target Table Definition and execute Extract Meta Data. This action will update Input and Output Containers.
