ORA-20111: ExtPayParameter.NOTEXIST2: The Ext Pay Parameter object does not exist.

Trying to set up an External File Template to import Customer Payments.  Whether I use a system-provided template or one I set up on my own using the great advice in this community, I get this error:  “ORA-20111: ExtPayParameter.NOTEXIST2: The Ext Pay Parameter object does not exist.”  For example, I’ve tried the system template CUP_USCUSCHK.  Does anyone know what this error means???

Hi @orscdpierce

that error messge means that you have to define/create external payment parameters for the external payment interface first and this has to be done in the following screen:
