ORA-20105: Dictionary.CLIENTNAME_IS_NULL: Cannot convert the client name [NULL] into a database name

I am getting this error on a migration job.  I have refreshed the dictionary cache and that did not help.  I am currently on Apps 10 Update 16.

    Which view name are you trying to use?

    I had not entered the View Name in the Migration Job and adding that fixed the problem.
