@mdeanton It bit late, to answer this, but my idea would be no. The activities may have statistical information like actual hours. These must be used (think of recalculation for the project) to set the grant totals, cross activities at sub project and project level.

Results may not be yet gone to Financial Project.

According to me this is asking for a data disaster.
