Hi everyone
I’m trying to migrate manual customer invoices using a MIGRATE_SOURCE_DATA migration job and I’m using Man_Cust_Invoice_Item for the lines. I’m getting an error that the DIV_FACTOR is mandatory and requires a value even though it has actually been set. I’ve tried setting it using the default value and via a source column but I get the same error in both cases.
I’m using Cloud 21R2. Does anyone have any items on how to resolve this?

+1I am also facing the same error in the Migration Job for Manual Customer Invoice. I am using Apps 10.

Hi
I migrated the invoices using the External File Assistant in the end, and didn’t use a data migration job. I used the STDCIN2 template which worked fine. You can use the same approach for suppliers with the STDSIN2 template. This was in 21R2 but I guess the option will also be available in Apps 10.
