Data Migration FILE_STRING Error

Hi,

I will transfer data with the Excel program, but I get the error in the picture.
1.I convert the Excel file to csv file.
2. Start Job - Load File / I select and load the file and I get the error in the picture.

    If you get this error, you need to change the region settings.

     

    Then you can try again.
