Edit: Sorry, for some reason this post cannot be made in the Assyst discussion board.

Hi, all!

I am currently trying to get ETM to import a .CSV file of our hardware, but I’m having trouble getting Assyst to import the file. My current setup is:

  1. A hardware list is generated by another program and a .csv file is created.
  2. That file is emailed to ETM via a MS Graph Import Channel formatted for .csv files.
  3. That .csv file is mapped to our hardware import datamapper.

Whenever the email is sent to ETM, however, it fails to interact with the attached .csv file in the email. Is there any way for ETM to receive an email and then utilize an attached file, or do I need to come at this from a different angle? I’d greatly appreciate any input, thanks!

Hi @AGrochoski  😊

I'm not too familiar with MS Graph in particular, but I’d love to help troubleshoot or answer any questions to get you on the right track with ETM.

From what I understand, you should be able to use the CSV output from MS Graph in a secondary DataMapper that processes the file. However, I’m having a bit of trouble understanding your exact setup as to narrow down where the issue might be 😅

Could you share a few more details about your configuration? If possible, a sanitized version of your channel or DataMapper would be super helpful.

Also, could you let me know:

  • Which IPaaS version you're using?
  • What version of Assyst you're running?
  • Are you seeing any specific errors?

Looking forward to helping you figure this out!
