24r1 Data Migration error message inExcel "InsertDeleteConflict

I have the same. I use FND_USER as view with the following settings in IFS24R1:

I start with a blank sheet. Use load data. Get the regular message: 'Loading data will clean up all data in the current sheet. Proceed to load?’. Using Yes, the table is filled and I get the message:

Used Search for one of the records: no problem.

Used Load Data, no error.

Load a different Excel Migration job, and after this loading the original again (CEN_CHG_USR_INFO), Error appears.

Yes I have a 23.2.1 manifest install, but seems to be working (as it only is the path to the correct environment).

We are experiencing the same issue after our upgrade to 24r1. Has anyone already found a solution?

This is a core product error  😒 that is likely to be resolved in version 24.1.4.
