Once job hours have been “Confirmed” and then "Authorized" for the week, it should not be possible to enter job hours.

In cases where an employee has mistakenly missed a time report for the entire week and the manager has authorized the entire week, no validation message is displayed during the confirmation/authorization process. This means employees can still enter their timesheets after several days have passed.

 

The Employee is still able to register Job Hours (on the 29th) even if the whole week is authorized

Hi Madusha,

 

Please make company level property code “NOEDTAUTHT” value as TRUE for the company and try again. Hope this will resolve the issue.

Thanks Vikas for your response. I tested this it works for the Time Card. However, you can still edit the job hours from the Work Task side for the periods where the Time card is authorized or transferred.
