Anyone ever seen this? It’s only one user getting the error but I can’t find the magic setting to save my life. It happens when she attempts to to add package parts / kits to quotes .

Any guidance would be appreciated,

Scott

Hi Scott,

This error message is raised when the sales part used is a Package part and Sales Qty = 0. I see in your screenshot that sales qty is not zero, so then I can only think that system is recalculating it before saving the line. Please, check the package part configuration and Qty per Assembly of each component is correct. Also if there is any custom event or customization being triggered when saving the line that could be modifying the sales quantity in quotation line.

If everything looks fine, then please create a Support case so Support team can debug the reason of the error.

Regards,

Pilar
