I am very much new to CE portal, hence followed few courses in academy. However, i am unable to find out how to get access to the admin client in order to get started with a simple app creation. Should i download the admin client and install or is it available as an add-on to cloud client. I have access to ifs demo env.. Should i need any license keys for this ? Can someone shed some light on this please.

CE is entirely cloud based and is accessible through your web browser. Each customer has there own unique tenant and so the URL is unique to the customer. There is no generic demo environment for CE like there is for IFS Cloud, if you wanted to have a play with CE you would need to arrange to have a tenant created for you.

No i could not find any ifs provided env. to practice CE. As i understand and explain by Peter above, you can do that if you have access to a licensed env. with a tenant created for your user.
