Delete a Main Representative

Hi, I faced the same issue and the only solution I found out was to add a new representative “-” (I created a person “-”) as main rep and then I deleted the representative that was firts entered.

But you then had a representative “-” that you cannot get rid of, correct?

Yes that is correct. That was the only solution we found out for now.

As per the observations I made, Business Representative is a mandatory field in Account - CRM window. Hence, it’s not possible to delete a connected representative through the system. However, you can change a representative using the Representative 360 window.
