Hi,

I posted the above back in November and no replies.

Since then we have upgraded to V6.8.3 and we’re still experiencing issues where the CE Browser refreshes and takes the user back to the start.

Does anyone else have issues like this?

Since this post was created we found that there is a session timeout variable which is managed by IFS, It cannot be configured via the Admin Portal. This variable by default is 2 hours, After we got IFS to change this to 10 hours the issue went away.
However each time we have upgraded the issue returns and we have to get IFS to change the session timeout value. We have been informed that this will no longer be required after v6.9.6 but we are yet to see
