Do you have any idea how to add translations for (Call center basic data) Categories’ descriptions?

+1I am also looking for where I can add translations for basic data in Call Center module. Did you find out if there is any solution?

I got feedback: “RnD team confirmed that user-defined descriptions will not be supported for translation at the moment for the (CC > Case Basic Data > Case Category) as in CcBusinessObject.”
However, it has been raised as future enhancement.
