How to follow up the materials(Serial object) sent for repairs outside the factory in IFS? have Any functionalty in IFS global extension?

Hi @savasciftci, 

Have you tried to track the serial parts using  Part Serial window? , In the “History tab” in part serial window you may have access to the current position of the serial parts.
