Hi all,

I met an issue for triggering a user interaction workflow when clicking Ok button of Order Address Dialog.

It is an easy workflow which I attached it.

Reproduce steps:

  1. Click Operations-> Single Occurrence Address
  2. Check Single Occurrence. Click pencil edit button
  3. Modify Delivery Address with some not quiet correct address, click OK
  4. Click OK for Order Address then error pops up quiet often though not every time. Or the page was stuck in Order Address Dialog.

Two scenarios I met:

  • Page was stuck

  • Error page, I attached the error details.(
    General:
    Date = 2026-02-09T16:31:35.075Z
    Client version = 25.1.5.20251008163646.0
    Browser name = Chrome
    User agent = Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/144.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/144.0.0.0
    )

I am also having the same issue with my User Interaction Workflow on a dialog box triggered on adding/editing an expense line.

The behavior you mentioned only happens sometimes but more than it should. I used the “watch” feature to capture the payload and use it in the debug tool in the designer but there are no errors and it flows through correctly.

Hoping someone has figured out why this happens with user interaction workflows and dialog windows.

Hi, @jamie.maiquez have you figured out the issue? I tested in 25.2.4. The issue still exists but not all the time. So, it is hard to reproduce the process.

Hi @emma_buyer, Ah not yet - I have a higher chance of replicating the issue whenever I clear the cache before triggering the error but other than that, it’s still happening. I’m hoping to capture it through screen recording and sending it in as an IFS Support ticket.
