Urgent: Qustion about Purchase order authorization rule

Dears,

I have a question about Purchase order authorization rule

if I put a rule from 20000000 to 50000000

what will happen to PO above 50000000 ?

is it be approved directly?

Hi @Norahmf ,

It will not be approved directly but Upon releasing it would not require an authorization. You can continue the process of Registering the arrival.

The PO authorization rule will work for what has been defined. Anything above or below wont be affected by PO authorization rule
