User A has upload some documents as attachments to a PO (Procurement-Receipt-Receipt screen) but if someone else (users B and C) try to view it on the same day, they cannot open them. However, the following morning, they can open the attachments to view them. Why could this be please?

It's quite unusual for us to hear about this issue. We've never encountered any delays in accessing the attached document from others. In my opinion, it would be best to have this looked into from a technical perspective.
