Hi Lina,
Online documentation should provide this kind of information, but generally speaking:
- Delivery address: is the address used by your supplier to deliver parts
- Pay address: the address used for payment
- Visit address: just informative, to show which address is the one specified by your supplier for visits
- Document address: it’s the address where your supplier will receive documents from you, for example, invoices.
By default, first address configured has all these types checked, but you can configure as many as needed, designing which type each address can use.
