Supplier for purchase part creation on PR screen - remove permission set

Hi, 

I’d like to remove the permission set linked to the following action : 
Allow supplier for purchase part on PR screen (when you register a supplier for purchase part for which there’s no supplier for purchase part already created).
I can’t find the permission associated to the action.
