does anyone know how I can get creation date of the record in Supplier for Purchase Part window? I don’t see anywhere in the application. does database will keep this information?

I believe the only way you can get to this information is to create a history log entry for the SfPP creation so that you can find it in history. You would likely want the part number, site, and user, but maybe other information too.
you mean we have to do a modification to create the history log?

No it isn’t what I would call a modification, nothing that requires IFS involvement, but it does require setup of the History Log first before it starts logging information. Look in the Navigator under History Log and you should find the setup view, assuming you have the permissions to see it.
