Is there out of box functionality to deactivate supplier. I.e. stopping users to raise purchase order against a supplier?

Hi, Did you try to set an expiration date to the supplier. 

Or else you can deactivate the supplier for purchase part but you have to do it part by part.

yani i currently use expiry  date option , but if there is a deactivate option it will be easy,to explain to auditer the supplier is deactivate or deleted
