Staged Billing Profile – price change vs Tax Change

When changing the price on a customer order line that is set for Staged Billing you will get an Information message to verify that the stages are at 100 percent. If you add or remove sales tax you do not get the same Information Message. 

 

Is this the intended behavior of the system NOT to show an Information message when Sales Tax is added or removed from a customer order line set for Staged Billings, or is this a bug?

Hi,

 When you change the tax amount, there should be an an information message requesting to check 100%. Message like

“ The staged billing profile has been recalculated and …. to verify 100% of the order line”

I think you received the message. Isn’t it?

When change the sales tax on customer order line, no information message triggers.

I am referring this message. Discount, tax changes… etc will be asked to recalculate..

Yes. Same information message needs to be triggered when changing the taxes.

Hi Rasika,

I believe the information message should be triggered even for sales tax. This could be a bug.
