Sensitivity of the supplier request

Hi everyone,

 

we want to use the supplier request to check if we already registered a supplier in our company in IFS Cloud (as a test for doublets in the onboarding process).

Is there any possibility to dial the sensitivity down? 

E.g. when you’re looking for “AG” the system shows all suppliers that have “AG” in their company names?

    Hi @Anna Scho Did you check the Duplication Rules for this. I think Duplicate check rule - Supplier request (Combine Hit) will solve your issue.

     

    Based on the Duplication rule, duplication will get hit in here I believe

    Thank you for your quick reply. I tested every adjustment but the list of duplicates is always the same.

     

    I want to adjust as little as possible.
