I need to send a quick report that I made via email to multiple users. Any Ideas on how to do that ? Can I send it as an excel file ?

To send the output of a SQL based quick report as an excel attachment to an email, i would suggest the following…

  1. In IFs Enterprise Explorer, open the “Explore Quick Reports” screen from the navigator
  2. Find the report in question, RMB, Export to excel…
  3. (If the quick report has filter parameters, enter the applicable data)
  4. You can then save the excel file somewhere (e.g. your desktop) then attach it to an email and send it.

I need to do this with the help of a custom event I can do it manually but this is a regular activity so I need to automate it with a custom event any ideas on how we can send excel attached in an email and send it to multiple users daily?
