MRP considers only company-owned inventory parts where the MRP Control check box is set to Used in MRP Calculation.
It's not possible to execute MRP for only safety stock. There's no specific setting to control the selection parts with Safety Stock only.
But it is possible to run MRP for a selected set of parts by selecting the Selection button in this dialog box. In there, you can specify product family, product code etc. If the parts with safety stock has special product code, you can use it.

Thanks for ur answer. If I chose this way, Mrp will execute only for selectedproducts group?
Hi Savasciftci, not only product group wise. You can run MRP Product Family, Comm Group 1, Comm Group 2, Part Type wise etc. as given in the Selection dialog. But not able to filter in parts that safety stock is checked.
