We recently updated to 25R2SU4 and ever since, our receipt clerks have been having sporadic problems when receiving. They’ve noticed that when receiving, sometimes the “inventory qty to receive” will go negative, it’s typically on the 2nd receipt of the same line. They are typing into the arrived qty and the conversion factor for the SFPP is 1. I’ve pulled the dataset for the whole year below.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what was the fix? I can’t get it to replicate so I know that if I put a ticket in, it will be open in perpetuity. I was hoping that you guys are like oh it was happening and then we updated to this version and it stopped. Since going live with the new version (25R2SU4 from 24R2SU11) we’ve had 8 instances where before we only had 2 for the whole year. the line below separates the update from the old version.

There was a bug in 25R1:

When receiving the same PO for a second consecutive time without refreshing the screen, Inventory Qty to Receive may not update when Qty to Receive is changed. Users should verify both quantities before registering the arrival.

I think we got a patch from IFS back then a year ago.

@piswpl Thank you! Do you know what SU it was fixed in with 25R1? As well, do you have a ticket that was submitted that I can reference to see which SU it’ll be patched in for 25R2?
