Receipt inventory with transport tasks but still has the status "to be received"

Check whether if you have still some quantity of this receipt in the Arrival location and if yes, move it to picking location to change the status of the receipt to Received

‘’Receipts will be in To be received status when the parts are located in an arrival location, or when they are inspected in an inspection location and should be moved into a stock location’’

I have several cases from the same client with this problem, my concern is this: If a transport task was created and executed to receipt into arrival location, why is still “to be received”? It’s like the transport task and the shop order receipt are not connected….

Maybe is missing something in the trasport task?

Hi @Any Campos,

Until the stock/part is in the location with location type Arrival the receipt status will be in To be Received.

Move the stock/part to location with location type Picking , then the status of receipt will change to Received
