Has anyone come across the below error ?

The Authorization routing template does not contain steps with enough authorization limit to cover the purchase amount on the PO.

Thanks for your reply.. this problem got sorted itself when the “Include all steps in Authorization” checkbox.

Please check maximum amounts that authorizers in given routing template can authorize, and the amount on PO.

Purchase Authorization Basic Data → Authorizers → Max Full amount for PO field

Hello @Kithmini Gamage,

I just authorized a PO of 3K when the max amount on PO linked to my user is 2K in the purchase basic data window.

I thought the system would block me from authorizing but it didn’t ; do you have any idea as to why the system has let me authorize it plz?

NB : there is no setup on authorization limits according to project role or org position
