Purchase Authorization Basic Data - Authorization Routing Template

I cannot see additional fields on a clients environment on the Authorization Routing Template.

 

There should be:

 

This is what I see. Is this an IFS issue or is this permissions?

I believe this might be a permission issue.

Could you please check whether you’ve been granted access to the projection: PurchaseAuthorizationBasicDataHandling?

Yes, thank you. That was the first thing I checked. I have full permissions on this project. The administrator went back and ensured I had the correct permissions for the PurchaseAuthorizationBasicDataHandling.

I wanted to double check here before we create a case in IFS.

Can anyone tell me what the solution was here?  I have the same issue, where I am not seeing the fields for entering the steps, individuals, etc. for the routing templates.  I have confirmed that I have full access for PurchaseAuthorizationBasicDataHandling and that the Entity Actions have been fully granted as well.

Never mind.  I see now that I was just not expanding the section to show the additional fields.
