Projections required for Purchase Order Authorization

I have created a permission set to grant Projection: PurchaseOrderAuthorizationHandling

It reveals Procurement -- > Authorization --> Purchase Order Authorization.

Data is in there, and it looks good. However upon load or refresh – at  bottom right of the website there is a toaster notification that says “ Person Info Service Failed to load person info “

If I look in debugger the logs say “- Failed to load person info”

What else do I need to grant to make this work?
