We are looking to see how can we process a customer order for the sale or loan of either a tool or a non-inventory part.

HI ​@JOEFITZ ,

I think you can use the Rental Management functionality in IFS to loan Inventory / Non-Inventory parts.

Thank you Ravinatha…...however we do not have the rental module available to us
