have you encountered the issues that the PR line does have price on it , and it is released, and authorized, but PR line does not have supplier ID associated? is it a bug?
We are on APP10 UPD9. We only notice this happened when the PR is initiated from a project.

This is not a bug. Consider that you can convert the requisition to a Request for Quotation to different suppliers so, by the time it’s released, the supplier may not be known yet.
If you try to convert this released purchase requisition to a purchase order, system won’t permit to do it, as supplier is a key value in purchase order header.

I reported this to IFS. And IFS replied it's a bug. The patch is issued for latest app10upd28 and all cloud versions.
